On Friday 16th October Mrs Suthern, Miss Richardson and Ms Rae took two football teams and two netball teams to Branston. The children were very excited at the prospect of playing lots of games!
The netballers played very well, with one team coming second and one team coming sixth. Well done to Sophia and Evelyn who were named player of the tournament for the respective teams.
The footballers are to be commended for their ‘never give up’ spirit as they faced some stiff competition. Our two goalkeepers were constantly busy and kept their teams in the games! Overall the teams came seventh and eighth. Well done to Alfie and Paddy who were named player of the tournament for their respective teams. An extra special well done to Paddy who came away with overall player of the tournament, after his outstanding performance in goal!
